Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission – TNPSC conducts TNPSC Group 6 examination for the post of Forest Apprentice.

Eligibility Criteria of TNPSC Group 6 Examination:

• Candidates of below 19 cannot able to attend TNPSC Group 6 examination.
• To attend examination, candidates must be 19 years of age but they should exceed more than 35 years. It is applicable only for the candidates of SCs, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and Destitute Widows of all castes.
• To attend examination, any other category candidates must be 19 years of age but they should exceed more than 30 years.
• Only for the certain category candidates, 5 years of age is applicable

Educational Qualification of TNPSC Group 6 Examination:

• Candidates must obtain science degree or engineering degree or any other equivalent degree from the recognized university or college
• Science graduates with any major of Agriculture / Botany / Chemistry / Environmental Sciences / Forestry / Geology / Horticulture / Mathematics / Physics / Statistics / Veterinary Science / Zoology are allowed to take up TNPSC Group 6 Examination.

How to apply for the TNPSC Group 6 Examination:

• Candidates can avail application forms through Post offices and they have to pay Rs.30 for availing application forms
• 100 will be the fee of examination
• Application forms are obtainable through TNPSC website
• Only with all attested copies, candidates should submit their filled application forms
• It has to be sent before the last date
